What can you do if you go to your HR dept. and they break confidentiality by telling your boss? - hr confidentiality agreement
What can I do if the head of the HR department at my workplace to break confidentiality? I emailed him a few questions that I resign from my post. I e-mail, because he never answered the phone. I never asked and discussed and resolved the problem with my supervisor in my place. Now my job is in danger. What can be done, as I was surprised to hear that we have discussed my problem with my manager?

It is really terrible!
Once your job is in danger of some kind of moot point, because he was leaving, but I think they can give to your boss that you're going. Many companies are looking for another job reject as unjust as it is.
As an HR manager can tell you that this practice is common. They speak with the director of human resources are not confidential, and he or she has every right to speak directly with their direct supervisor. If the Director of Human Resources spoke with another employee or another manager who was not his, can you have a problem.
In most societies, it is important to follow the chain of command means that you discuss your complaint or question, with their direct supervisor. If no answer, go with your supervisor, and so on, until solves your problem.
Why bother you if your job is in danger if they go to withdraw anyway? If you do not want to resign, you should immediately contact your supervisor. Tell him you want to make sure they are all on the same page and tell you why you went to the head of human resources. Perhaps one can say that you had mistakenly assumed that talking was the director of human resources for the ideal person, but now he realizes first should have talked to him.
OK, not too hard here, but what on Earth can not wait? She takes the charge of human resources that we leave her job, and you expect him to say anything?
Your first task is the employer. Please say something and leave at the end, would be very stupid if I say to your boss: "Oh, yes, she says, two weeks ago ..."
I could not have sent her e-mail, but he had informed his boss. When an employee intends to leave, your boss needs to know that you can take in) action to put an alternative, a plan or b) can be combined to retain employees.
We will try to make the best of an unfortunate situation. because they want to leave the bridge intact and not on any evidence that can ruin your present job, try your line manager or another player with a view to his impending separation from the company as easy as possible. let them know that you appreciate the opportunity they have given and agreed to lease them time to practice and do not suffer from your own replacement for his business, just because you leave. Good luck!
You can make a grievence file in your company? HR takes care in general, but if you can be a branch of a large company, the seat of his company with the HR department is usually the primary contact. Or are the reports of human resources and have in your grievence them. Someone, who heads the department, so I would go to them with this.
I want to go with the Head of HR person is the owner? Post a complaint, was raped and now his secret to any retaliation by their superiors.
