How Do You Persuade A 2 Year Old To Sleep Longer In The Mornings My 3 1/2 Year Old Only Eats 2 Things, Advice Please?

My 3 1/2 year old only eats 2 things, advice please? - how do you persuade a 2 year old to sleep longer in the mornings

My son is 4 October. For now, he only eats yogurt or nutragrain for breakfast, lunch of cheese sandwiches and pasta for dinner. I know most people will say: "Do not worry, unless you eat" ... But the problem is that everything he has eaten more than a year! If I eat more, he said one day. I'm not worried about their growth and development, but I would take some advice on how to convince her to want to try new things!

when I was little, I loved the vegetables, because we had a garden. It is magical, if you are a boy eating the plants. In fact, my mother was a terrible cook and I like the garden (and raw food)

Why not buy, cheese and pasta for a while? if they are not in the house, it is not an option. Ensure food and that's what for dinner! I do not think that's a good idea to force children to eat things, so I would not recommend the whole not leave the table until the idea of cleaning the plate, but offers a selection of healthy and can come back later and eat if they are hungry.

I think the most important to prepare your child to eat well is to eat well and not junk food at home. Children need food and hunger is stronger than a hard four years. but he shall not eat vegetables, do not eat too much.

In addition, you can make about growth and development concerns. Good nutrition is very important for people to grow.Change the food in your house and how they react to their obstinacy could be difficult (you probably are) in some serious temper tantrums, but the long term a healthy body and better eating habits later in life will have.

Stop feeding him the food you eat and begin to offer other foods. Please come to deliver him to the table and give him anything until the next meal (not snacks, although they will not deliberately do not distinguish a "healthy" children from healthy or that this is only a sandwich and he will not go there their way to eat their meals). A child is not for want of a few meals hungry and realize that you are not running a fast-food kitchen.
They begin to help to get out of your shopping and prepare meals at home. (It is also a good time) to integrate a bit of reading and mathematics in the mix.

I thought you meant the pasta for a minute! Pasta with a variety of vegetables is not so bad.

Why do not different? Did you know that pasta comes and turns Twizzler and shells and feathers? Encourage your child to a different way to the next time you remembered to buy into the tent to him that remains of the pulp. If he is to eat things that look different, not a jump on things, which are also used to taste the different.

You need to do something very soon, but. Nothing here is described something that we can have lunch in the school.

If this function is activated, its conduct always make these foods. My younger brother has not required even for a short time, but my mother. She gave him only what they ate for dinner, because he was hungry. I would also recommend that your child is preparing for the dinner. It could be more inclined to something else if it has helped to eat.

Do not give it to. Do not let you control, or to decide what to eat. Make a meal, sometimes as a gift. But do other things and if he does not starve. I hope he will learn to prefer eating something other than hunger.

2 BISS

If you are on your plate, the plate ... need to treat bites 2 (minimum) ... if he wants it after 2 bites, to drink more ...
If you do not like it after 2 bites .... Leave the menu for a few weeks and try again ...

2 bites good work here ... my daughter is not picky (of me that surprised me --- I am) very angry:)
But sometimes it does not try anything (just a phase they go through ).... I think what s the 2 bites, if you do not need right now, then eat you.

hhmmmmm --- Here's another idea - depending on the amount of mess to clean, but .....

Tomato sauce makes the best "(nearly all food) =) (well except maybe breakfast foods --- Pass :):):))
or ranch salad dressing

My daughter loves when it comes to even food on the ... You should see your plate if you do ..:):)
WOW ---- it soooooo artistic =)

Cheerios (dry or with milk - yummy EIT) in their own way, all the different types of corn flakes
different cereals
Poptart / eggos / wafers (with or without syrup - depends on how much chaos you want to clean up when you're done):)
Applesauce (Motts fact, almost all flavors, no sugar)
gos mini / yoghurt pudding

Chicken Nuggets (with ranch dressing and salsa - and remember the tomato sauce - perfect for dipping Fave almost everywhere):)
Sausage () without bread
French fries
Kraft Dinner
Scrambled
Chicken Noodle Soup / Vegetable Soup, etc.

Good Luck
No patient endurance
and especially
Have Fun
:):)

My son just 3 years old and he eats only trying Gerber strained meats, chicken nuggets, chicken soup and noodles as the main things - and snacks such as granola bars, cookies, goldfish, and cookies. . . Ie, brown and crispy. I've tried everything! He was like eating a resistant "(diagnosed in a search engine search, put some information about him) and basically, even though I only offer what we have, it was time to starve. Does your child have problems, like a baby, such as nausea, vomiting, or a problem with textures and if so, you should try reading a book entitled "Just take a bite" I have read and I have been very helpful. I also believe that my son, what he wants in small quantities, and what we have to offer. Sometimes we get frustrated and try to do something, but then gets scared and gags and gets really stressful. The doctor said that my son while he eats 1 new food per month, that's progress. Even if you are a big deal about the food, less likely to try new things. Therefore, our new rule, you should sit at the table with us, bUT did not eat. Otherwise, he must wait until the next snack, lunch. In addition, lower consumption, because they tend to fill them. I know it's frustrating. . . Good luck!
